breakfast....mee with few slices of fresh tomato... YUM YUM !!!

after all of us have our breakfast, we boarded a boat and head towards the floating market.... w00t




if you notice the bamboo stick popping out from the boat, basically that is an advertisement tool..they will hang out a sample of what they are selling









after visiting and lepaking around the floating market, we headed to our next destination...a "rice paper" factory....hehe

after visiting the rice paper factory, we boarded our bus to Saigon...the journey is about 5 hours and we reached Saigon in the evening around 6 pm....as soon as we got off the bus we went to look for accomodation at the backpackers area...we found this room which cost us only USD9 per night...the room is big and clean and nice and has tv and the aircond is cold and offers free internet...me, Kah Sing and Jin stay together and each of us pay USD3 per night...


haha...this place is double-story...i slept in this bed alone while Kah Sing and Jin slept upstairs...single bed each



after we settled our accomodatin, we followed both Andrew and Nigel for dinner..but before that we had beer...you know westerners like to have beer to chill out..hehe


Vietnam local beer...its light..kinda like Shandy...lol..one bottle is about 1.5 L and it costs 8000 dong = RM2...in Vietnam language, Yam Seng = Yo

after we chilled out, we walked around to find a place to eat...DINNER you know...on our way we saw a liquor shop selling King Cobra tonic, Banana whisky..and the mineral water there is the cheapest we can find..so we got our mineral water from the shop during our stay in Saigon..hehe


King Cobra tonic...ingredients = King Cobra, Scorpion and some chinese herbs..taste like whisky

between the King Cobra tonic and banana whisky, i would say the King Cobra tonic taste better...hehe i bought 1 bottle of each back...


we found this place to eat...the boss offers us 10% discount...hehe..well the food is quite ok and the price is bit cheaper compared to Cambodia

after dinner we walked around the area and head back to our guesthouse coz we are all tired...it has been a long day...so we zzzz
